Complete Your Onboarding Form
You fill out a simple online form covering your business details like name, address, hours, services, target audience, and any brand preferences.
Upload Your Logo & Photos
Share any existing logos, photos of your team or work, or any inspiration sites you like. Don't have these? No problem, we use AI to generate industry specific images.
Tell Us Your Color & Style Preferences
Pick a vibe: bold & modern, clean & minimal, or warm & friendly. We use your answers to guide the design direction before we build anything.
Adjust Domain Name Info (If Applicable)
If you already own a domain name, we have a few options you can chose from to adjust the DNS records to point to the new website. You can do it, we can help you do it, or we can do it for you. If you don't already have a domain name, we register one for you.
Phase 3
Domain, Email & Build
Domain Name Search & Registration
We search for and register the best available domain for your business (ideally yourcompanyname.com) and set it up under your ownership. If you already have a domain name, we'll point your DNS records to the new website.
DNS Configuration
We configure all DNS records to point to your new website hosting and set up any redirects from old domains if needed.
Business Email Creation
We set up email addresses like service@yourcompany.com which means no more @gmail.com addresses. Much more professional looking!
Email Client Configuration
We walk you through connecting your new email to your phone and desktop so you're ready to send and receive from day one.
Homepage & Core Pages Designed
We design and build your full website and pre-fill it with professional copy tailored to your industry.
Mobile-First Responsive Build

You review every page and send us your feedback — text changes, photo swaps, layout tweaks, color adjustments. Nothing is too small to mention.
We Make Your Changes
Our team implements every requested change, typically within 1–2 business days. We don't charge per revision as changes are included.
Additional Review Rounds (As Needed)
We go back and forth as many times as needed until you're completely satisfied. Most clients wrap up in 2 rounds, but we never rush you.
Final Sign-Off
You give us the green light and we prepare everything for launch. We do a final technical checklist including links, forms, mobile view, page speed before going live.

DNS Goes Live
We flip the switch and point your domain to the live website. DNS propagation typically takes 15 minutes to a few hours — we monitor it through completion.
Final Live Check
We perform a full live site walkthrough including all pages, links, forms and mobile layout.
