1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by RocketBase, a DBA of Braven Digital, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access our website or use any of our services.

2. Our Service Model

RocketBase provides website design, development, hosting, domain management, and ongoing maintenance through a monthly subscription model. Our service is designed to provide businesses with a high-quality digital presence without the burden of large upfront costs or technical management.

As long as your subscription remains active and in good standing, we will continue to host, manage, and support your website according to the terms of your selected plan.

3. Unlimited Updates & Fair Use Policy

We proudly offer "unlimited updates" to active subscribers. This includes standard content changes, image swaps, minor layout adjustments, and adding simple sections to existing pages.

To ensure we can provide high-quality, timely service to all our clients, these updates are subject to a Fair Use Policy. We reserve the right to limit, delay, or refuse requests that are excessive in volume, fall outside the scope of standard maintenance, or constitute entirely new website builds or complex functionality additions. If a request exceeds standard updates, we will notify you and may offer a custom quote for the additional work.

4. SiteRefresh Program Policy

Clients who maintain a continuous, uninterrupted subscription for 24 consecutive months are eligible for a free SiteRefresh program. This program covers a visual refresh and structural update of your existing website content to align with modern web standards.

5. Right to Refuse Service

RocketBase reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our services.

Reasons for termination or refusal of service may include, but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, abusive behavior toward our staff, failure to pay subscription fees, or requests that place an undue burden on our team and resources.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all text, images, logos, and specific brand content you provide to us. However, RocketBase retains ownership of the underlying code, frameworks, customized themes, and proprietary systems used to build and host the website.

If you choose to cancel your subscription, your website will be taken offline. Due to the proprietary nature of our technology stack, websites cannot be directly exported or transferred to another host. We are happy to provide you with an export of your written content and images upon request.

7. Billing and Cancellation

Our services are billed on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in contracts. You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying us. Upon cancellation, your website will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which it will be taken offline. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
