Terms of Service

3.1 Unlimited Updates, With Some Exceptions

Website subscriptions include unlimited updates, with some exceptions, subject to reasonable scheduling, fair use, and the scope of the selected plan.

Included updates generally cover routine changes to existing website content, such as text edits, image replacements, minor design adjustments, and similar maintenance requests.

Unlimited updates do not mean unlimited new pages, unlimited redesigns, unlimited custom development, or unlimited labor-intensive projects. Requests that substantially exceed routine website maintenance may require additional fees or a separate written scope of work.

3.2 Monthly New-Page Allowances

Each website plan includes a specified allowance for new pages per monthly subscription cycle. The applicable allowance depends on your selected plan.

Unused monthly allowances do not roll over. Allowances reset according to the applicable subscription cycle.

The monthly new-page allowance is separate from the maximum total number of pages permitted under your plan. A new page may use monthly allowance and total website capacity even when it is replacing a deleted or existing page, if new page production is required.

3.3 Total Website Page Limits

Each plan has a maximum total page limit, as specified in the applicable plan description.

If you need more total website pages than your current plan permits, you must upgrade to an appropriate higher-tier plan. Purchasing individual pages or paying an accelerated production fee does not allow you to exceed your plan’s total page limit.

Deleting a page may free capacity under your total page limit, but it does not restore or increase your monthly new-page allowance.

3.4 Page Categories

For planning and production purposes, new pages generally fall into three categories:

Standard Pages: Pages created primarily from an existing template, with relevant content customized for a particular service, location, or combination of service and location.

Semi-Standard Pages: Pages that use a familiar structure but require more tailored content, organization, or customization, such as recent jobs, project galleries, articles, blog posts, portfolios, or customer success stories.

Unique Pages: Custom-designed pages built for a specific purpose, potentially including specialized landing pages, custom layouts, lead-generation forms, advanced functionality, or integrations.

RocketBase determines the applicable category based on the actual scope and complexity of the requested work. A page’s title alone does not determine its category.

3.5 Accelerated Page Production and Additional Work

If your plan has sufficient remaining total page capacity but you want eligible pages completed faster than your monthly allowance permits, RocketBase may offer accelerated page production for an additional fee.

Any applicable fee, scope, and expected schedule will be communicated before work begins. Accelerated production does not increase your monthly new-page allowance or total website page limit.

Work outside the selected plan’s included scope may be declined, scheduled for a later period, or separately quoted.

3.6 Content Quality and Scheduling

RocketBase may recommend reasonable changes to requested pages to improve usefulness, accuracy, readability, or differentiation.

Page production depends on scope, client cooperation, information supplied, approvals, and scheduling. RocketBase does not promise immediate completion of every request or that every proposed page will be published.

We may decline or separately quote work that falls outside the agreed scope, creates technical issues, or would result in low-quality, repetitive, misleading, or otherwise unsuitable content.

4.1 Optional Subscription

SEO Radar is an optional service focused on organic search monitoring, reporting, analysis, and consulting. It is separate from your website subscription and is included only when you subscribe to it or otherwise agree to it in writing.

4.2 Included Services

Depending on the selected service scope, available data, and supported tools, SEO Radar may include:

• Organic search performance reporting.
• Keyword ranking and search visibility tracking.
• AI brand visibility tracking across supported AI-powered search experiences.
• Analysis of existing website pages and search performance.
• Identification of opportunities for service pages, location pages, and other relevant content.
• Prioritized SEO recommendations and suggested next steps.
• Consultation to help you understand performance, opportunities, and recommended actions.

SEO Radar may use third-party reporting tools. Available data and features depend on the applicable subscriptions, platform capabilities, and data availability.

4.3 Monitoring Is Not Unlimited Implementation

SEO Radar provides monitoring, reporting, analysis, and consultation. It does not include unlimited implementation of every recommendation.

Work identified through SEO Radar may be completed within your website plan’s included updates and new-page allowances, subject to applicable limits, approval, and scheduling.

Extensive copywriting, major technical SEO projects, large-scale content development, backlink campaigns, citation management, custom development, and other work outside the included scope may require a separate quote.

Google Business Profile management is not included in SEO Radar unless expressly agreed in writing.

4.4 No Guaranteed SEO Results

Search engine rankings, organic traffic, AI-generated search responses, and third-party platform visibility are influenced by factors outside RocketBase’s control.

RocketBase does not guarantee particular rankings, traffic levels, leads, conversions, revenue, AI citations, brand mentions, or visibility outcomes.

Reports and recommendations reflect the data available at the time of analysis and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.

4.5 Cancellation

SEO Radar may be canceled separately from your website subscription and any other optional service, subject to the applicable billing terms.

Canceling SEO Radar does not automatically cancel your website subscription or GBP Radar subscription. Monitoring and reporting are provided during active, paid subscription periods. Canceled or inactive periods do not entitle you to retroactive monitoring or reports.

5.1 Optional Google Business Profile Service

GBP Radar is an optional service focused on monitoring, reporting, analysis, and recommendations for the Client’s Google Business Profile (“GBP”). It is separate from the website subscription and SEO Radar, and is included only when the Client subscribes to it or otherwise agrees to it in writing.

GBP Radar is intended to help Clients understand their Google Business Profile performance, identify opportunities to improve local search visibility, and prioritize appropriate next steps.

5.2 Included Services

Depending on the selected service scope, access permissions, available data, and supported tools, GBP Radar may include:

• Monitoring and reporting on available Google Business Profile performance metrics and insights.
• Review of available profile visibility and local search performance data.
• Analysis of profile completeness, accuracy, and relevant optimization opportunities.
• Identification of potential improvements to business information, categories, services, photos, posts, and other profile elements.
• Review of available customer review trends and reputation-related opportunities.
• Recommendations intended to improve profile quality, relevance, and local search visibility.
• Prioritized action items and consultation to help the Client understand performance and decide what to do next.

The specific metrics, reports, monitoring frequency, and recommendations available depend on Google’s current features, the Client’s profile, the data accessible to RocketBase, and any third-party tools used.

5.3 Monitoring and Recommendations Are Not Full Profile Management

Unless expressly included in a plan description or separate written agreement, GBP Radar does not include ongoing hands-on management or implementation of every recommendation.

Activities such as publishing Google Business Profile posts, uploading photos, editing profile information, responding to reviews, managing questions and answers, submitting reinstatement or appeal requests, managing citations, correcting listings across third-party directories, or providing other reputation-management services are not automatically included.

Any such work may be separately quoted or provided under a distinct written agreement.

The Client remains responsible for the accuracy of business information and for ensuring that the business and its profile comply with Google’s policies and applicable law. If RocketBase is authorized to make changes, the Client is responsible for reviewing and approving information where requested.

5.4 Profile Access and Third-Party Platforms

GBP Radar may require the Client to provide appropriate access to the relevant Google Business Profile and related reporting tools. The Client must maintain control of its Google account and grant only the permissions necessary for the agreed services.

Google may change its products, eligibility rules, policies, reporting metrics, access permissions, or profile features. Profiles may be restricted, suspended, edited, or removed by Google. RocketBase does not control these decisions and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to profile data or features.

RocketBase will make reasonable efforts to provide the agreed services using available information and authorized access but is not responsible for Google’s decisions, platform outages, data limitations, or policy enforcement.

5.5 No Guaranteed Local Search Results

Local search rankings and Google Business Profile performance depend on many factors outside RocketBase’s control, including Google’s systems, competition, business information, location, relevance, prominence, customer activity, and platform policies.

RocketBase does not guarantee a particular map-pack position, local ranking, number of calls, direction requests, website visits, leads, reviews, revenue, or other business outcome. Recommendations are not guarantees of results.

5.6 Cancellation

GBP Radar may be canceled separately from the website subscription and SEO Radar, subject to the applicable billing terms.

Canceling GBP Radar does not automatically cancel the website subscription or SEO Radar. Monitoring and reporting are provided during active, paid subscription periods. Canceled or inactive periods do not entitle the Client to retroactive monitoring or reports.

8.1 Recurring Billing

You authorize RocketBase or its payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees and approved additional charges using your designated payment method.

Subscription fees are billed according to the billing schedule disclosed when you sign up. Optional subscriptions, including SEO Radar and GBP Radar, are billed separately when specified in the applicable subscription or agreement.

8.2 Cancellation

Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, monthly subscriptions may be canceled using the cancellation method designated by RocketBase.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the applicable paid billing period unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing. Fees already paid are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

One-time setup fees and completed or approved production work are not refundable merely because you later cancel a subscription, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

Canceling one subscription does not automatically cancel any other active subscription or service.

8.3 Failed Payments and Suspension

If a payment fails or an account becomes overdue, RocketBase may notify you and request payment.

Where permitted by law, RocketBase may suspend services for overdue balances after reasonable notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Suspension does not automatically waive outstanding payment obligations.
